At Velocity we make high level training accessible to everyone. Our facility has performance in mind, from the industry leading equipment we’ve sourced to the coaching ethics of our trainers. We created Velocity as a place to get away from commercial training, using key scientific principles to guide our members to results.
The Gym

We love to share our passion for training with others, from the absolute beginner all the way to elite athletes. High level training should be accessible to everyone, we hate to see training getting capped by a commercial mindset.
